In May 2012, the Swiss Davos becomes the Mercedes-Benz base camp. On the occasion of the International Dealer Conference 2012, 2,500 European brand representatives meet.
The communication of the strategic goals, the necessary tools to achieve them and the desired team spirit are designed as a dramatically, architecturally, medially and directorially polished overall experience.
Under the motto “To the top.”, a scenario borrowed from the mountains is created that prepares the participants for the joint summit storm 2020.
In the base camp created from three hotspots – ice rink, Davos Congress Center and Big-Bivouac-tent, supplemented by Schatzalp, outdoor areas, test drives and themed islands – they are provided with the necessary equipment, inspiration and sustainable motivation to meet the challenges of the future and climb the symbolic mountain.
Low-threshold interaction offers, elaborately staged workshops, fascinating media and imagery as well as a spectacular brand staging “ON ICE” symbolically convey the various stages and the necessary qualities for climbing a mountain.
