The Virtual Retail Lab. An instrument that simulates the everyday challenges in the car dealership of the future and which represents an ideal training tool for the introduction of new processes.

Together with the digital agency SolidWhite, a completely new tool was developed.  The virtual landscape allows almost playfully to experience and learn new retail media, job profiles and employee processes. New retail situations of the future can be tested in real environment and existing processes can be further improved. The ideal basis for actively shaping change at the point of sale.
